Angelmoms and dads were invited to ICE Headquarters in Washington, DC.
We were welcomed by Secretary Kristie Noem, Acting Director Todd Lyons and Chief of Staff Jon Feere, (my dear friend of 9 years) along with an incredibly kind and caring staff who made all of us feel so welcome.
The families present had one thing in common…
We each lost a child because of illegal alien crime. Hit and run, drunk driving, kidnapping, shooting, Fentanyl etc. 💔💔💔😭😭😭😭
Sitting at a round table, we got to hear each others tragic stories, shared our grief and many of the newer Angelmoms and dads could see, that with time, the pain is less razor sharp and you will be able to have more good days than bad days.
Maureen Carroll Maloney and myself have been going through and fighting this insanity for over 12/13 years, helped open the first VOICE Office in April of 2017. The VOICE Office helped the Victims families through the worst and most tragic times. Biden of course, closed this very important and often lifesaving office and we were left alone again, without guidance and support.
Secretary Noem, listened intensely, cried with us and then took us to the conference room where media was lined up.
Corey R. Lewandowski ( a friend for over 10 years)was also there and it almost felt like a family reunion. He was with DJ Trump from the beginning and the very first one to wear Dominic’s green bracelet.
It’s always a very emotional & draining experience, but also therapy for the shattered heart, because we get to share our precious loved ones to make sure they will never be forgotten.
I am forever grateful to President Trump 🇺🇸👍🏼 to have such a powerful and hardworking team at ICE / DHS and America returned to taking care of Americans, NOT illegal aliens.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone that helped make this happen, from my wonderful husband @AnthonyCoulter, my niece @DorisRuckriegel, who never left my side in DC, to the brave and fierce Angel Families, seen and unseen and all of you who keep us in prayers. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
I pray you will NEVER need this office, but if you or anyone you know does, it will help tremendously.
